Leadership training programmes

IHMA recognizes the need for nurturing and bringing out the leadership qualities in its members. Aiming this, IHMA regularly conducts annual leadership training programs in various parts of the country.

Here the importance is given to developing good Public relations and personality skills so that the doctor can excel in discharging his duties to the public.

There will be interactive sessions with eminent faculties in the field of personality development, effective public speaking, parliamentary procedures including office management, minutes and record maintaining etc.
